Fabrication of Cage

Tie-in-Stand

The tie-in stand is engineered to provide robust support and stability for the forklift safety cage system. With dimensions of 290mm x 290mm and a height of 465mm, it is designed to distribute weight evenly and handle the structural demands during loading and unloading operations. At its topmost surface, a Teflon sheet is installed to minimise friction and wear, allowing smooth contact between the stand and the cage while also protecting both surfaces from damage. The Teflon material also helps reduce noise and absorbs minor vibrations. This tie-in stand is constructed to complement the safety cage’s overall design, ensuring it performs reliably under repeated use and contributes to safe and efficient handling procedures.
