Selecting the right diesel skid tank often comes down to balancing storage capacity, transport limits, and available site space. A common constraint is keeping the tank diameter at 1200 mm, which provides good stability while remaining easy to transport and install. With a fixed diameter, the tank volume is controlled by adjusting the cylinder length.
A skid tank must be compact, safe, and easy to integrate with refuelling equipment. The 2000L, 3000L and 4000L capacities are widely used for generators, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and remote site operations. Each capacity offers different autonomy depending on fuel consumption rate, but all benefit from the same practical cylindrical form.
