Rectangular Column Steel Mould – 6000mm x 1300mm
One of the major moulds fabricated for this project was a rectangular reinforced concrete column measuring 6000mm in length and 1300mm in width.
Due to its large size, the mould was designed with heavy-duty steel plates and structural stiffeners to withstand the high concrete pressure generated during casting. The mould was manufactured with precision alignment features to ensure dimensional accuracy and ease of assembly on site.

In addition to the rectangular column mould, we also fabricated a circular steel mould with an internal diameter (ID) of 1800mm.
Bridge pier Casting mould ID2800 x H1500
The circular mould was fabricated using rolled steel plates to achieve accurate roundness and dimensional consistency. Special attention was given to joint alignment and locking mechanisms to ensure quick installation and demoulding after concrete curing.
