Screw-on blade expands the bucket’s lifespan. It also prevent body damage as showed in the below image.
The continous abrasion to rocks and aggregates “eats up” the bucket body.
First place the bucket flat onto the ground, the machinist will then slowly tilt the machine coupler beneath the mounting plate. The mounting plate is angled to fits the machine’s quick coupler. When it’s properly alligned, they can enter lock pins into the base to secure the bucket.

1. Brush
The brush is replaceable when worn off.
Sweeper brush type: Poly vs Steel
The brush set is assembly by alternating poly brush and steel filament brush.
There are also user who opt to use only poly brush for many reasons.
Benefit of full poly brush:
- Poly brush does not damage bucket blades (steel does)
- Steel brush tend to entangle with poly brush. The result affects the performance and also make disassembly difficult
- Poly is more tender at work. While rotating at high speed, steel brush tend to fling dirt and stone particles at nearby machineries or even site worker.
- More affordable, but not by much
